Service Description
Comprehensive consulting service for project preparation. Secure your MSCA fellowship with our comprehensive coaching sessions. Our services are carefully structured to lead you through each stage of the application process. This includes a tailor-made offer designed to suit the candidates, adapting to their strengths and weaknesses. This service is provided in collaboration with external partners, and may include (upon client request): ▪ standard private coaching sessions ▪ personalized coaching sessions ▪ administrative support ▪ editing and copywriting services ▪ translation services ▪ personalized coaching sessions ▪ stylistic revision of your project up to one week before the deadline for submission ▪ CONSULTING FEES: according to the needs and requests of the client Upon receipt of the payment, we will schedule at least one specific consultation in collaboration with my partners to develop a personalized proposal. The advance payment of €200,00 will be deducted from the final quote. If the candidate does not accept the final proposal, the advance payment will not be refunded. Policy
GENERAL - Fees are inclusive of all consultations, research, analysis, review activities and training materials. - This offer will be valid for a period of 30 days from the above date. If none of the services have been provided, either the consultant or the client may terminate the contract through email communication (raimondo.riccardo@yahoo.it) within 30 days. - All intellectual property and data generated during the consultancy process will remain the confidential and proprietary property of Riccardo RAIMONDO. DISCLAIMER - The consulting sessions do not guarantee that the CLIENT will win the grant. By signing this document, the CLIENT acknowledges that there is no connection between the consultancy offered here and the final judgment of the reviewers who will evaluate his/her application. - The CLIENT acknowledges that for the consulting sessions to be truly effective, s/he must carefully study the official documents of the call s/he wishes to participate in and independently write his/her research project. - The CLIENT acknowledges that the CONSULTANT cannot draft any section of the project for him/her, nor can the CONSULTANT provide the CLIENT with any type of information (scientific, institutional, personal, etc.) necessary to draft all sections of the project. - The CLIENT acknowledges that once any part of the service has been provided, it is no longer possible to request a refund of expenses. - The CLIENT attests to having verified the professional capabilities of the CONSULTANT. LEGAL FRAMEWORK 1. This appointment is governed by Articles 2230 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. 2. This contract is to be understood as a one-time arrangement. 3. All disputes arising from this contract, including those relating to its formation, interpretation, execution, validity and legal existence, shall be subject to the arbitration procedure provided for by Legislative Decree no. 28/2010 and subsequent amendments and integrations (most recently Law no. 98 of 9 August 2013, amending Legislative Decree no. 69/2013). The PARTIES irrevocably declare that they will scrupulously comply with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, without having recourse to any other similar institution or to the courts. 4. For matters not provided for in this contract, the PARTIES expressly refer to the law and, in the absence thereof, to custom and usage.
